What are your pricing options?

Our pricing options are designed to offer reasonable and affordable rates. We operate on a sliding scale price list, ensuring that each job is individually priced based on its unique requirements.

What payment methods do you offer?

We currently accept payments via E.F.T or PayPal. More payment options to be offered soon.

How long are your turnaround times?

Our turnaround times typically range from 1 day to a week. However, please note that each job is unique, and the timeframe may vary based on specific requirements.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been approved, we are unable to cancel or amend it. Our printing process begins promptly to ensure timely delivery, and as such, cancellations are not feasible once production has commenced.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver! Currently, we offer delivery services exclusively.

Courier costs will be included with your quote to ensure transparency in pricing. We're pleased to offer delivery right across Australia, ensuring that your printed materials reach you wherever you are. If you have any specific delivery inquiries or preferences, please feel free to reach out to our team, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

What file format can I submit for printing?

When uploading your files, please make sure they are PDF, JPG, TIFF, EPS.

What are the artwork guidlines that I need to provide when submitting a file?

When supplying a print ready file, we require the file to have:

CMYK - to get the best colour match for your document, please make sure your file is set to CMYK and not RGB. Otherwise we will automatically convert it from the RGB mode which may result in colour shift.

Single Page Format - please do not supply files that are in spreads or laid out. We'll do that for you.

Bleed and Crop/Trim Marks - a minimum of 2mm Bleed and 5mm bleed for saddle-stitched booklets.

High Resolution pictures and Illustrations - For best quality please ensure your images are 300dpi.

Correct Sizing - Artwork size matches the size of your order specifications.

Are there minimum orders?

Yes, we have varying minimum order quantities depending on the specific printing service and product. Each order is unique and tailored to your specific needs. To get accurate information on the minimum order quantity for the product you're interested in, we recommend reaching out to our team.
